changing to the inside prior to the feet coming close together for the beginning of the

At least six alternating strokes must be taken without interruption; each stroke must be
at least equal to the skater's height.

2. Foward Crossovers - Right Foot Over left

The outside (right) foot pushes with the inside edge, extends to the side back as it leaves
the ice, and is crossed in front of the other and placed on the ice inside of the circle.
The inside (left) foot pushes with the outside edge (not the toe pick), is extended to the
outside of the circle with the foot off the ice, and is then placed beside the skating foot.
The outer (right) shoulder and arm must be held foward; the inner (left) shoulder and arm
must be held back.
At least ten strokes must be taken without interruption, each stroke must be at least
equal to the skater's height.

A complete stop must be made in good ballance using the inside edge of either the
Left or right foot for the skidding or stopping action.
The entire maneuver must be performed in a stright line, and after stopping the skater
